1: How does Pre-book work?
Below are the simple steps are given before doing pre-booking, here are the terms and conditions.
- Flipkart pre-booking timing will be 12:00 AM early morning to 14th Oct 2020, 12:am.
- Only Re.1 will be initial of the charge of the price of the product.
- Then on Flipkart Big Billion Day sale, you have to go and verify the details.
- Timing of Flipkart Big Billion Day 2020 16th Oct – 21st Oct 2020.
- For Plus Customers, the second payment can be made from 15th Oct 2020, 12:00 hours to 16th Oct 2020, 23:59 hours.

Can I place two or more Pre-booking items together?
Yes, multiple Pre-book items can be bought together. The Pre-book amount will be only Rs. 1 for each item. For eg: If two items with Pre-book option available are purchased in a single order, the total amount to be paid in the first mode for pre-booking both the products will be INR 2 (Rs 1 each). The balance amount for both will have to be paid in the second window on 16th Oct 2020.
Can I avail Cash on delivery on this?
The initial pre-booking payment is the only amount you have to pay rest you can fill through use parts.
What are Prepaid options for Pre-booking a product?
Prepaid options include payment through wallets, e-Gift Vouchers, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking or any UPI-based payment system. They are required to make the initial payment of INR 1.
How to cancel a Pre-booked product?
Upon going to the “My Orders section” in the Flipkart app, Click on the product and then, Cancel Order. Click on “Submit Request” after selecting the reason for cancellation.

What happens if I cancel the Pre-booked item?
Upon canceling the booked item, your pre-paid amount of Rs.1 will be refunded to your source account from where you made the payment.
What happens if I don’t confirm the order on 16th Oct, 2020?
The order if not confirmed till 23:59 hours on 16th Oct 2020, it will stand automatically canceled, and a refund of the Pre-booked amount INR 1 will be generated to your source account from where you made the payment.
